Shipping

Star Sky Granola ships to all residential and commercials addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPOs, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.

We ship our items within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Shipping time will vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee delivery due to shipping delays resulting from inclement weather or natural disasters.

We recommend that you ship your granola to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment immediately. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery.

Star Sky Granola reserves the right to charge a $15 handling fee for all orders that need to be rerouted.

Shipping rates

All the items will be shipped by USPS/UPS/FEDEX.

Flat rate $7.99

*All orders above $45.00 are qualified for free shipping.

*We reserve the right to restrict, change or cancel any offers at any time and for any reason.

Returns

Please notify us of any errors in your order within 2 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of error. Please contact us with any errors or questions using our contact form.

Pick-up

All our items are available for pick up at the locations below;

— South Pasadena Farmer’s Market (906 Meridian Ave, South Pasadena, CA 91030)

     Every Thursday

     4 pm – 8 pm (4 pm – 7 pm in winter)

— Torrance Certified Farmer’s Market (2200 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501)

      Every Saturday

      8 am – 1 pm

Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to the pick-up date. The shipping charge will be refunded.
