How should I store the granola?

Unopened granolas have about 10 months shelf life. Once opened, please enjoy it within a month or two months. Always a good idea to store it in a dry cool place such as a refrigerator or a freezer whether the package is open or not.

Are all Star Sky Granolas vegan?

Yes, we never use animal-derived ingredients and dairy products.

Are all Star Sky Granolas organic?

Yes! All of the Star Sky Granola products are USDA certified organic!

Are all Star Sky Granolas gluten-free?

While Star Sky Granola is not certified gluten-free, we specifically choose certified gluten-free oats and ingredients.

Which ingredients are Fair Trade?

We currently use Fair Trade organic coconut sugar, Fair Trade organic dark chocolate, Fair Trade cocoa powder, Fair Trade cacao nibs, and Fair Trade organic coffee.

Can I order online and pick the items up?

Sure! You can pick up your items at the locations below

— South Pasadena Farmer’s Market (906 Meridian Ave, South Pasadena, CA 91030)

     Every Thursday

     4 pm – 8 pm (4 pm – 7 pm in winter)

— Torrance Certified Farmer’s Market (2200 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501)

      Every  Saturday

      8 am – 1 pm

Please make sure to order at least 3 days prior to your pick-up date. Let us know if you would like to pick up the items when you check out. The shipping fee will be refunded after replacing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charge is $7.99 for anywhere in the US. All orders over $45.00 ship for free! For more information on shipping, click here.

What is your return policy?

Please notify us of any errors in your order within 2 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of error. Please contact us with any errors or questions using our contact form.
